Welcome to the Sierra Gold Soccer Club Web Site.
The SGSC provides Recreation Play and Select Level Play to boys and
girls ages 5 to 18. We are a volunteer driven 501c3 non-profit
organization dedicated to providing playing opportunities to more than
800 children each year, in the greater Placerville CA area. |

Congratulations to the U19 Girls Sierra Gold Wildcats for being the first Sierra Gold team to win the District VI Cup Challenge. Next Board Meeting
The SGSC Board of Directors will meet on January 26th at 7pm at the El Dorado County Office of Education, Room B2.
Meetings are normally the 4th Thursday of the month. Parents are
encouraged to become an active participant in Placerville area youth
soccer, by attending board meetings. For more information on how you

Thank You Coaches & Volunteers
Thank you for volunteering your time for the kids. With out you, the kids can't play and learn about life through the game of soccer. I hope your experience was positive, and you will apply to coach again next year. Be sure to look for and attend our coach training sessions next year in late August. The sessions will give you tools that will make your job easier, more fun, and more productive. If you are looking for a little longer season and would like to work with the more skilled athletes in our community, consider applying to coach a select soccer team. Information about this can be found on our website. |
